Yoga came into my life in 2014 after hurting my back working in a tyre factory. It was the first time where I made a connection with my body and straight away I knew there was something very special, deep and profound about the practice of yoga. The deeper I go into my practice the more space I have created in my life to do the things I want to do. I am now at a stage where I am ready to share what I know with others so they can also benefit from yoga.
The last few years I have had the privilege of learning and continue to learn from Christopher Gladwell and Sarah Harlow . Yoga encompasses all that we do and how we live. It is the enquiry of being alive, it asks questions of why we are alive, how we are living and enables us to live how we want to! I completed a 250 hour Teacher Training in Yoga & Tantra accredited by the IYN at Yogasara in 2019.
I teach in the Yogasara method, Yogasara means ‘the essence of yoga’. I teach this method in the way of Krama Vinyasa Yoga
Krama Vinyasa is a step by step exploration of movement and breath as a direct experience of moving your body with awareness. This practise is a conscious embodiment through a detailed exploration of alignment principles & anatomy to the postures of yoga asana.
Strength, subtly and then deep relaxation will always be present in my class’s as a way for you to engage and connect with your body, breath and mind.
I also offer 1:1 yoga, where you can come to.me or I do home visits. This can be used for yourself or a small group.
£45 for one hour session in person and £35 on zoom, save money by booking in blocks.
