The last week has been extremely special retreating in the south of Portugal to finish off my Yoga Teacher Training.
Over the last 12 months I have been able to deepen my practise and understanding of yoga to a level that I will be able to share with the world what I know so far.
What do I know?
The practise of yoga is extremely vast and can offer an opportunity to enquire why and what we are doing in the existence of the universe. Can enable one’s life to be more grounded, find fluidity, control power, welcome in love, speak truth and create space physically, emotionally and energetically!
I am extremely grateful to my teachers Christopher Gladwell, Sarah Harlow and Sam Buckley for their wealth of knowledge, dedication and wisdom that they continue to share. The community at Yogasara and all the fellow students who I have got to share the last year with.
Did not take my photos of the retreat but Azula the permaculture farm that hosted was fantastic and fully emerged in nature, fresh food and awesome hospitality.
Now in the French Alps for two more rounds of retreats. Firstly a week of breathwork!
