Why Breath?

Well if you stopped for a prolonged time your end up dead.

The last week I have been breathing consciously everyday at a breathwork retreat with breathing space in the beautiful Val-d’Isere valley. It has been an extremely powerful and transformative time spent with a wonderful group of other breathers. We breathed, we did yoga, we hiked, we ate, we laughed and we went deep.

Breathwork has helped me create emotional and mental space to think with more clarity. By releasing patterns of thought that usually hold me back from doing what I want to do. Everytime I breath I get an amazing sense of embodiment, feeling the breath move throughout and within me. Often I drop into a state of pure bliss and go places I cant actually put into words!
